Samsung officially unveiled the much-anticipated Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series after months of leaks and rumors. The lineup includes the Tab S8, Tab S8 Plus, and the premium Tab S8 Ultra. The trio is a first for Samsung’s tablet lineup.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8
DESIGN & DISPLAY
With an 11-inch IPS LCD, 25601600 resolution, and a refresh rate of 120Hz, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 is the smallest of the launches. The tablet’s dimensions are 253.8 x 165.3 x 6.3mm.
The tab will be available in three colours: graphite, silver, and pink gold.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ has a 12.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 28001752 and a dynamic refresh rate of 120 Hz. The tablet’s dimensions are 285 x 185 x 5.7mm. The Tab S8+ comes in grey or bronze and has an embedded fingerprint scanner under the screen.
INTERNALS & STORAGE
The tablet is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and comes loaded with One UI 4 on top of Android 12.
The entry-level model has 8GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and only Wi-Fi connectivity. 5G connectivity, 8GB RAM, and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage are among the tablet’s other features.
CAMERA
A camera notch on the back of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ will be enlarged by a black magnetic strip that connects to the S Pen Stylus. The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is the series’ best tablet, having a 14.6-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 29601848 and a 120Hz refresh rate. As previously revealed by multiple leaks, the tab has a notched screen that houses the selfie camera:
The notch protrudes slightly from the screen, although it is easily overlooked once the smartphone is in use. It’s safe to assume that the tablet comes close to Apple’s 12.9-inch iPad Pro in terms of size.
